What’s New
Athennian AI – Initialize & Centralize

Best Practices Tooltip
A tooltip now appears when uploading documents, highlighting the recommended document template formats to ensure optimal AI accuracy in both Initialize and Centralize.
-

Companies House
-
AD01 Filing Support
Athennian now supports the AD01 - Change of Registered Office Address form.
This can be triggered via a Change of Shared Address task or Change of Profile Address task. Refer to the relevant article for a step-by-step guide: Companies House: AD01 - Change of Registered Office Address.

- Loans Issued / Loans Received: Improved data output and structure.

-
Loan Status Editing
Users can now update a loan’s status to Active, Pending, or Cancelled using the Administrative Edit toggle.
Note: Elapsed statuses cannot be modified.
-
Loan Format Updates
Loan amounts now display with comma separators and no decimal places for improved readability in the Loans table.
-
Draw Transaction Validation
The Draw input now:- Only accepts numeric values
- Prevents duplicate draw numbers within the same loan record
What’s Fixed
AI Initialize
-
Entity Creation Errors
If Initialize cannot create a part of an entity, a toaster message now explains what failed.
On success, only a clear “New Entity Created” message is shown.
-
Multi-Document Uploads
When uploading multiple documents, any detected transactions are now automatically shown in the Transactions tab, helping speed up and improve entity creation.
-
Jurisdiction Display
Once an entity is created, the Jurisdiction field now correctly appears in the Review page.
-
Review Modal Clarity
Only the information used in the entity creation is shown in the Review modal, and the entity is marked as “Created“.
AI Centralize
-
Improved Document Name Sorting
Sorting by document name now handles upper/lowercase combinations more predictably.
-
Timezone-Accurate Filtering
The “Submitted Range” filter now respects your local time, ensuring accurate filtering even when different from UTC.
-
Accurate Pagination
When using the "Items Per Page" setting:- The document list now displays the correct number of items per page
- Paging through results works as expected (e.g., 5 per page shows 5 results consistently)
- Centralize now loads faster by defaulting to 20 documents per page.
- Centralize will display a load bar and a toaster message as it’s loading the document list to clearly communicate when things need a little more time to process.
-
Emailed Document Statuses
Documents sent via email to Centralize now correctly display a Pending status, instead of an error.
-
Entity Name Matching Enhancements
- Abbreviations and suffixes no longer disrupt name matching
- Entity names with leading numbers are correctly detected and suggested
-
Principal Suggestions
Centralize now suggests only the relevant Principal from the current pending upload—avoiding incorrect carryover from previous uploads.
-
Document Filed without User Confirmation
Centralize will no longer accidentally file certain documents to entities without the user confirming they’d like to file.
Debt
-
Transaction Exports
When exporting debt transactions, Cap Managed transaction Draw is N/A and doesn’t cause Draw numbers to skip
Access
-
User Type Update
Any user profile with an Administrator role can be downgraded/updated to another role (i.e. Office-Admin) without issue.
New Experience
-
Entity Overview
When updating the Maximum Number of Directors to Unlimited in the Governance > Articles section, the update shows correctly as “Max # of Directors: Unlimited” on the Overview in the New Experience.
