Filter Registrations by Custom Registration Type

Enhance data visibility and streamline entity management by utilizing granular filters to locate specific Custom Registration Types within seconds.

Overview

The Custom Registration Type filter provides precise control over registration lists, specifically for items categorized under the "Other" type or types that require more flexibility. This functionality allows for limitless selections to tailor views according to specific organizational needs.

Availability: All customers.

Note: Refer to the Edit Columns in Registrations Table article to understand how to surface the "Custom Registration Type" as a column in the Registrations table.


Enable the Custom Registration Type Filter

  • Navigate to the Entities section and select a specific Entity

  • Access General > Registrations from the left-hand navigation menu

  • Click the Filter dropdown located on the right-hand side of the Registrations page

  • Select Other (or any type except Foreign Qualification or EP Registration) within the Registration Type dropdown to reveal the Custom Registration Type field


Apply and Save Custom Filters

  • Click the Custom Registration Type dropdown

  • Select one or multiple Custom Registration Types from the list

  • Choose additional criteria such as Status, Jurisdiction, or Jurisdiction Region to further refine the results

  • Click Apply to update the list of Registrations

  • Select + Save Filter to retain these settings for future use

  • Enter a name in the Save Filter modal and click Save

  • Access the saved configuration via the dropdown menu on the left side of the Filter button

Your registration list will now display only the Registrations that match your selected Custom Registration Types, providing a more detailed and tailored view. This feature is particularly beneficial for clients managing long lists of Registrations with various Custom Types.
