Add a contact to an Entity Profile and define Roles, Addresses, and Registrations as needed.
To create a new Contact follow the below steps:
Create a Contact from an Entity Overview

Navigate to Overview > Contacts

Select + Add on the right side of the section
Create a Contact from Affiliations

Navigate to Relationships > Affiliations

Select + New > Contact
-
A new prompt will appear to begin the contact creation process
Complete Each Tab in the Contact Modal
1. Details
-
Select a Profile Type: choose either Entity or Person

Click + Add Profile to select an existing profile

Click + Add Person to create a new Person or Entity record if not yet in the system

Use the Notes field to record relevant details about the contact
2. Addresses

Click + Add Address to link an existing address from the selected profile

If no address exists, click + New (top right of the modal), enter the address, and select Create

After saving, click Apply to add the new address to the contact
Note: The address must first be created to appear as a selectable option.
3. Roles

Click + Add Role
- The Role defaults to Contact
-
Select a Title from the dropdown (Contact, Alternate Contact, Billing Contact, Client Contact or Agent Contact)

Enter an Effective Date.

Use the Custom Title field if a unique title is needed, or leave blank

Click Create
-
Repeat to add multiple roles if applicable
4. Registration

Click + Add Registration

Select a registration and click Apply
Note: Roles such as Alternate Contact, Billing Contact, and Contact cannot be linked to registrations—they are entity-only.
Registrations must be created first before linking them to contacts.
5. Documents

Click + Add Documents to upload related files, if applicable
Once all relevant fields are complete, click Create to save the contact.
