There are two ways to upload documents to the Minute Book (MB) in Athennian. You can either move existing documents from the Documents section into the Minute Book, or upload new documents directly from your computer into the desired header. This article outlines both methods step by step.

Overview

Athennian provides two methods for adding Documents to the Minute Book. The first method moves a file that is already in the Documents section, and the second method uploads a file directly from a local computer. Both methods ensure that Documents are correctly stored and organized.

Move an Existing Document to the Minute Book

This process moves a Document that is already on an Entity record's Documents section into a specific folder within the Minute Book.

  1. Navigate to the desired Entity
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Check the box on the left-hand side of the Document(s) to move
    • Note: Multiple Documents can be selected
  4. At the top left, click the # Selected button
  5. From the dropdown menu, select Move
  6. In the modal window, select the destination Minute Book folder
    • Note: To create a new folder, select New Folder, enter a Name, and click Create
  7. Click Move to complete the action

The Documents will now appear in the selected Minute Book folder.

Upload a Document from Your Computer

This process uploads a file directly from a local computer into a folder within the Minute Book.

  1. Navigate to the desired Entity
  2. Go to the Minute Book section
  3. From the table of contents on the left, select the destination folder where the new Document will be stored
  4. At the top of the screen, click the Actions button
  5. From the dropdown menu, select Upload File
  6. In the modal window:
    • Select the Effective Date for the Document using the calendar tool
    • Click Choose Files to select one or more local files to upload
    • Note: The maximum file size is 50MB per file, and up to 20 files can be uploaded at once
  7. Click the Submit button at the bottom right corner

The new Document will now appear in the selected Minute Book folder.
