Retrieve corporate records efficiently by selecting the download method that fits specific documentation needs. Accessing single files directly from folders, compiling multiple specific records into a compressed folder, or exporting the entire collection ensures seamless data sharing and backup management.
Overview
Athennian provides several ways to download documents from the Minute Book. Users can retrieve a single file, multiple selected files, or the entire contents of the Minute Book as a single compiled PDF or a compressed ZIP folder.
Availability: All customers with access to the Minute Book module.
Download a Single File
Navigate to the Entity Section and select the desired entity
Head over to the Minute Book section
Toggle the All Documents switch located next to the sorting action button at the top of the screen to view a complete list of files within the headers and folders
Click the three dots icon next to the document title
Select Download from the dropdown menu
Observe the success notification on the bottom left of the screen as the file downloads in its original format
Download Multiple Files
Navigate to the desired entity and open the Minute Book section
Ensure the All Documents switch is enabled to display the document list
Check the boxes next to the specific PDF or Word documents designated for download
Click the Actions with (#) selected button located above the type bar to open the dropdown menu and select Download Multiple option
Receive separate download notifications for each document as they download in their original format
Download the Entire Minute Book as a ZIP File
Navigate to the desired entity and open the Minute Book section
Click the Export button located above the search field in the left panel
Select Export as Zip file from the dropdown menu
Observe the green success notification on the bottom left of the screen once the complete ZIP file download finishes
Download the Entire Minute Book as a PDF
Navigate to the desired entity and open the Minute Book section
Click the Export button located above the search field in the left panel
Select Export as PDF from the dropdown menu
Configure the document preferences within the Download Settings modal:
Apply watermark to all pages
Include page number
Include table of contents
Include cover page (automatically selected by default)
View with Adobe (automatically selected by default)
Click the Download as PDF button at the bottom right corner of the modal
Track the download progress via the green success notification on the bottom left of the screen
Additional Important Notes / Tips
Note:
The system automatically selects the cover page option and the Adobe viewing configuration by default within the PDF download settings
Multiple documents downloaded simultaneously maintain their original file formats upon extraction
