Enhance entity management and streamline document organization with the modernized Minute Book interface.
Overview
The updated Minute Book introduces a refreshed user interface designed for efficiency. No existing features are removed; the new layout offers better visual organization and a more seamless workflow.
The below provides a structured overview of the new UI changes users will experience in the Minute Book. It is separated into 4 key segments: Updated Layout, Edit Functionality, File Upload and Export, and Sharing.

Understand the Updated Layout
Improved UI - Layout Updates
- View is using new components allowing for more flexible actions
- More efficient workflow with context always visible
- Better visual organization of document information
- No “Edit” mode as files and folders are selectable in the regular mode using checkboxes

Table of Contents Enhancements
New Features:
- Expandable/collapsible sections with arrows
- “Drag and Drop” of folders and documents. All changes will be reflected in the left bar as well.

Sorting Functionality
The new UI introduced enhanced sorting functionality, under a button titled “Sorting” (replacing the previous Sort by button), allowing for:
- All actions on Files and Headers are surfaced in the same Sorting dropdown
- Changes to Minute Book order made with “Custom: Drag to reorder” are immediately reflected in the Table of Contents

With the new UI, users can multi-select any combination of documents and folders from both types of views in the left bar, allowing for easier selection and search - an option previously limited to folders only.

- Upload functionality moved from "Action" dropdown to prominent + New button, for easier upload and enhanced flow.
- Available actions under “+ New” include:
- Upload File - Add PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPEG, PNG
- Upload Video - Add MP4, MOV, MWV videos
- New Header - Add a new header
- Add Cover - "Upload custom Minute Book cover
- Import Headers - Add headers from another entity
- Upload with AI - Add PDF, PNG, JPEG files
