Enhance dashboard visibility by customizing the columns surfaced within the Registration overview to match specific data requirements.

Overview

Athennian allows customization of the Entity Registrations table through a column management tool. This feature enables users to surface specific information, hide unnecessary data points, and rearrange the display order to create a more relevant management experience for the team.

Availability: Customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans


Customize the Registration Table Layout

  1. Navigate to the General section of an Entity and select the Registrations tab

  2. Click the Edit Columns button located above the Registrations table (top left)

  3. The Edit Columns modal will appear, where you may select the desired registration categories, such as Custom Registration Type

  4. Uncheck fields like Number and Status to hide them from the table if they are not required

  5. On the right panel of the Edit Columns modal, you can drag and drop the selected items to change the layout and arrange the display order of the information

  6. Click the blue Apply button to set the column precedent across the dashboard


Additional Important Notes / Tips

  • Custom Registration types can be surfaced to allow for management that was not possible in previous versions of the platform

  • The Edit Columns tool is specifically designed to make information more applicable to the team by filtering out unnecessary data points

  • Clicking Apply ensures the selected layout persists across the registration section dashboard

  • The customized configuration applies only to the User view (user-level) and not across all users
