Creating a new registration allows you to create agents, responsible professionals, and contacts at the same time without having to exit out of the creation of the registration workflow.
To get started,
- Navigate to General > Registrations
- Click on the blue + New button in the top right-hand corner and a Registration modal will appear
- In the Details tab, you must select the the mandatory Registration Type and Jurisdiction: Country in the drop downs provided. You are also able to enter all other relevant details in this tab. There is also the option to change the status of the registration through the drop-down menu at the top right-hand corner of the box
- In the Dates tab, enter the relevant dates in this by selecting a date from the calendar that pops up when the field is clicked on. Check off the Create compliance reminder box to be reminded and check off the Create compliance task box to create a task flow for the compliance
- In the Affiliations tab, you are able to add an affiliation to the registration, click the +Add Affiliation and select either to add a Person or Entity profile to add
- Once you have selected a Person or Entity record, an existing profile can be selected, otherwise, click the +New button on the top right-hand corner to create a new profile. Enter the relevant details of the affiliation and click the blue Create button once completed. Selecting an affiliation Type and Role is required. Adding a Custom Title is optional if the agent title is not included in the list.
- In the Documents tab, click the +Add Documents to attach any relevant documents from the Minute Book to this registration.
- Double check the information and once deemed accurate, click the blue Create button. Edits can be made once the registration has been created.
