Use a Shared Address to connect an address from another entity or person to the current entity. This helps streamline address management and reduce manual duplication.

Overview
Shared Addresses allow you to link an address from an existing profile—either an entity or a person—to another entity. Use this feature to:

Reuse existing addresses across profiles

Maintain consistent and centralized address data

Reduce manual data entry for recurring addresses
Access this option in the General > Addresses section within the entity record.
Navigate to the Shared Address option

Open the desired entity

Go to General > Addresses

Click the + New button in the top-right corner

Select Shared from the dropdown list
Details

Select the Profile Type: choose Entity or Person.

Click + Add Profile and search for the profile with the desired address.

Add Notes as needed.
Note: If the profile does not exist, click + Add Profile, then click the + New button in the modal to create a new entity or person.
Addresses

Click the + Add Address button.

In the Select Address modal, choose an address from the list of available active addresses for the selected profile.
Note:
- If the profile only has one active address, it appears automatically.
- If no address exists, click + New to open the Profile Address modal, complete the fields, and click Create.
Address Type

Click the + Add Type button

In the Address Type modal, select an address Title from the list, including:

Records Office
-
Registered Office
-
Shared Address
-
-
Select a Custom Title if aplicable (opcional)

Use the Manage Shared Address Custom Title button to manage available titles

Add an Effective Date and End Date as needed using the calendar tool or
YYYY-MM-DDformat - Click Create
Note:
Date fields are optional and can be left blank
Documents (optional)

Click the + Add Documents button

In the modal, select any documents stored in the entity’s Minute Book

Click Link to Affiliation
Finalize the Shared Address
Click the Create button in the bottom-right corner to save the Shared Address.
