Change the authorized share amount to any number
We have taken decreasing the authorized share amount one step further. You can now change the number of authorized shares in a shareclass to any number. If the number of shares entered is lower than the number of shares issued, as of the selected transaction date, a warning will be shown to alert you, but users will have the ability to proceed and make the change.
