Table of Contents is optional in Virtual Minute Book (VMB)
It’s not always necessary to include an automated table of contents in the VMB. So we’ve given you the option to include or exclude it when downloading your VMB as a PDF. Simply tick the box to Include table of contents when downloading your VMB as a single PDF and it will be included, or leave it unticked and no table of contents will be added.
New Entity sub-types available
Particularly important for entities located in the Maritimes, we’ve added the following sub-types to the options for Entity subtypes:
- Community Interest
- Private Investment Holding
- Trust
- Limited by Guarantee
🔧 WHAT'S IMPROVED
Formation/incorporation dates before 1922… No problem
The date selector for formation/incorporation dates only allows you to go 100 years back. That may seem like a long time ago, but we know some of you have entities that long pre-date that. If you’ve got a golden oldie, instead of using the date picker, type in the date (YYYY-MM-DD) in the Formation Date field, hit enter, and you’ll be good to go!
