Manipulate PDF Documents in the Minute Book

In Athennian, we've introduced the ability to manipulate pages within PDF documents in your Minute book. This feature allows you to organize, modify, and manage your PDF documents more effectively. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of using page manipulation for PDF documents.

 

Note: This feature requires our Enterprise Software Package. 

 

Open the PDF document in your Minute Book

  • From your Athennian dashboard, locate and open the PDF document in the Minute Book of an entity. 
  • If the document has multiple pages, you'll see an option to open a sidebar at the top left.

 

Access page manipulation options

  • Open the sidebar to view the available page manipulation options.
  • You can rotate, delete, move, insert, replace, extract, and manage pages using these options.

 

Example: Replace a page 

  • Select the page you want to replace.
  • Open the options menu and click on "Replace".
  • You can replace the page with a URL or a local file from your desktop.
  • Click on "Choose File" and select the appropriate PDF document from your desktop.
  • Once you’ve selected the page/s you’d like to replace the current page
  • Click on "Replace" to upload the new page.
  • Make sure you save your changes by selecting the save icon in the top right-hand corner of your page

 

With these steps, you can easily manipulate pages in PDF documents in the Minute Book. This feature enhances the organization and management of your PDFs, making it easier to maintain and share up-to-date documents with clients or external parties.
