Greetings and Happy New Year! As we usher in 2024, our team has been hard at work over the holidays, dedicating time and effort to elevate key aspects of our platform. We are thrilled to announce substantial improvements in three crucial areas: API Functionality, Site Speed and Performance, and System Health.

  • API Functionality: Our development team is committed to delivering seamless experiences, and their focus has been on enhancing API functionality. The improvements extend not only across people but now also encompass securities.

  • Site Speed and Performance: In response to client feedback regarding site slowness, specifically in custom reports, we dedicated a significant portion of our efforts to elevate the overall Site Speed and Performance. Our team has successfully implemented enhancements that substantially reduce load time.
  • System Health: Ensuring the robustness and stability of our system has been a top priority. Throughout the holidays, our team has been hard at work addressing bugs and performing maintenance tasks. In the Access section, Affiliations section, and Addresses, we've diligently tackled multiple issues, leading to a more reliable and efficient system.

The comprehensive breakdown of these improvements is provided below for reference.

  • Handle multiple white label documents in collection
  • Users are now empowered with improved control as they can no longer inadvertently create affiliation records using people profiles without the necessary access permissions.

  • Custom Reports now consistently deliver accurate results in all scenarios, providing users with reliable and valuable insights.
