We’re excited to share the latest updates to the Athennian platform, designed to enhance your workflows and streamline your experience. Here’s what's new:

What's New

AI Centralize: File Documents to Person Records

Users can now file documents directly into the Documents section of a Person Record from AI Centralize. This enhances document organization for individuals, saving time and providing a more efficient way to manage personal records.

AI Centralize: Upload with AI Now Available in Minute Books

Users can now process files with Centralize directly in an Entity’s Minute Book, using the new “Upload with AI” feature. This streamlines the process of adding documents with relevant metadata to the Minute Book, ensuring important records are easily accessible and better organized for improved compliance and governance.

AI Centralize and Initialize: Improved User Interface

The Centralize Document Review modal now makes it simple to see at a glance how many additional Entity and Person profiles the document will be filled to, and the Confirm and Initialize buttons are disabled when the per-entity upload limit is exceeded. These updates improve the user experience by providing clearer feedback and preventing errors when managing large upload bundles.

Person Profiles: DIN included in PII

The Document Identification Number (DIN) is now part of the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) section in Person Profiles. This enhancement helps you securely track document identifiers, ensuring sensitive information is visible only to authorized users for improved security and compliance.

What's Fixed

Affiliation/Principal/Shared Address: Autopopulation of Address When Only Shared Address Exists

The Address section in the Affiliation/Principal/Shared Address form will now auto-populate with a shared address (if available) when no profile address exists. Shared addresses are now considered in the count of "Addresses available", improving address accuracy and streamlining the data insertion process.

Entity Overview: Accurate Role Display in "Users with Access to this Record" List

The Role displayed in the Entity’s Overview under the "Users with Access to this Record" section now accurately reflects the user’s role in the Access Group, rather than the system role. This ensures accurate role display and improved access management.

Closed Entities No Longer Appearing in Structure Charts

Entities marked as Closed will no longer appear in Structure Charts, keeping your structure charts accurate and improving data integrity by excluding inactive entities.

Affiliations: "Select Registrations" Modal Only Displays Active Registrations

Inactive registrations will no longer appear in the "Select Registrations" modal when selecting a registration for an Affiliation. This fix streamlines the process, ensuring that only relevant, active registrations are shown, improving accuracy and efficiency.

We’re excited about these improvements and are confident they will enhance your experience with Athennian. As always, we are committed to providing continuous updates that streamline your workflows and offer more control over your data. Stay tuned for more features and improvements in the future!
