Credit Visibility for Initialize & Centralize
We’ve introduced real-time credit tracking to give your team complete transparency during workflows.
- Centralize: Teams will now see the credit cost for filing a document, including when linking it to multiple entities, before confirming the action. Once confirmed, the deduction is applied, and users are notified of successful filings.
- Initialize: Before creating a new entity, users will see the total credit cost displayed upfront, ensuring clear visibility before credits are deducted.
Initialize for Entity Creation
Users can now create new entities directly from the Entities list page using the “Create Entity with AI” option in the "New" dropdown menu.
How It Works:
Simply select “Create Entity with AI” from the "New" dropdown on the Entities list page. Initialize will then automate entity creation by extracting and processing data from your uploaded documents—all without leaving the page. This streamlined workflow helps you build entities faster, saving both time and effort.
What's Fixed
Users and User Groups Refined Exports in Access
When exporting a list of Users and/or User Groups in Access, the records in the exported files now accurately match the records displayed in the user interface, including when any filters are applied. This enhancement provides improved accuracy and flexibility.
Note: The export is limited to 1,000 records. However, users can easily apply filters to ensure they do not exceed this limit.
