What's New 🚀
Athennian AI: Centralize
- AI Access Visibility in User Profiles
Admins can now see if a user has AI Access within the Access section on the overview page. This information is displayed in the table and when selecting a user, enhancing visibility and management of user permissions. - Maintain the Existing Document Name
When a new document is uploaded to Centralize, users can now either select the original file name or use the AI-suggested name. Both options can be edited, offering greater flexibility and control over the final document filed in the minutebook. - View AI Credits in Athennian
Users can view their available and used AI credits with the "View Usage" button in Centralize. This provides complete visibility into the credits purchased and used on a per-upload basis across their entire team, facilitating better resource management. - Email Document Updates
Centralize notification emails have been updated with clear Athennian logos and branding, and now only support PDF documents. This change avoids upload issues with documents containing email signature files. Additionally, the email-to-Centralize functionality is now optional. If this feature is not enabled, the email address is disabled and not shown in the top right corner. - Document Processing State
Documents in a "New" state, meaning they are waiting to be processed by AI, cannot be opened until processing is complete. This ensures the document is fully ready for use before access.
Structure Charts:
- Bolded Connection Arrows in Hover State
We've enhanced the usability of structure charts by adding a bold arrow hover state for the arrow connections. This improvement makes navigation smoother and makes it easy to visually trace and view ownership connections at a larger scale.
Share Classes:
- Cash & Percentage Class
Users can now set currencies at the Class level, providing a default currency in new transactions based on settings at the class level. This allows for easier and faster transaction creation.
What's Fixed ⚙️
Arrow Connection in PPTX Export
- The direction of the lines for each entity ownership within PPTX exports now matches the structure chart displayed in the app, ensuring consistent and accurate visual representation.
Shareholding Modal - Address Not Indicated
- If a holding was created without an assigned address, and an address is added to the profile afterwards, the address will not automatically populate in the holding details. Selecting an address from the holding modal is required to display an address for the holding.
Tasks - Archiving and Deleting
- When hovering over a task and selecting the “bin” icon, the task now archives successfully and can be deleted, improving task management and workflow efficiency.
