We’re excited to share the latest updates to the Athennian platform, designed to enhance your workflows and streamline your experience. Here’s what’s new:

What's New

AI Initialize

  • Auto-Link Principals to Existing Profiles
With AI Initialize, Principals identified in uploaded documents are now automatically linked to existing profiles when first, last and middle names match, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy by preventing duplicate records. Users retain the flexibility to unlink if needed.

  • Company Group Dropdown for New Entities
In AI Initialize, a "Company Group" dropdown is now available when creating new entities. After extracting information from documents, users can instantly connect these entities to existing company groups—eliminating the need to reopen records for updates.

Add Multiple Citizenship Fields to People
Users can now apply multiple citizenship fields to people records, enabling teams to accurately represent individuals with citizenships in more than one country. This update ensures a complete and precise data record for globally represented individuals.

Securities - Flexible Currency Settings at Class and Transaction Levels
Securities transactions can now be tailored to meet specific currency requirements. By setting a currency at the class level, all transactions default to that currency, streamlining consistency across records. If flexibility is needed, leaving the class currency blank allows users to select different currencies for each individual transaction.

Usage Tips:

  • If currency is set at the class level, it will automatically apply to all transactions (e.g., CAD) and you will have no other currency options at the transaction level.
  • If no currency is set at the class level, all currency options remain available in the transaction-level dropdown.

Each update is designed to enhance workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and customization options within the application.
