Streamline document management and improve visual organization by applying standardized stamps to Minute Book records.
Overview
The Stamping feature allows users to mark PDF documents within the Minute Book with specific statuses. This tool is currently in Beta, and feedback is encouraged to help refine the functionality.
Availability: Customers on the Enterprise plan.
Filter Documents by Stamp Type
Locate specific documents quickly by filtering the Minute Book based on applied stamps.
Navigate to the Minute Book section of the desired Entity
Click the Filter by stamp dropdown located at the top right corner of the Table of Contents
Choose the specific stamp type (Pledged, Copy, Out for Signature, Cancelled) to display only the documents with that designation
Observe that the folder structure remains visible, but only the documents matching the selected filter will appear within those folders
Select the X button next to the selected stamp type to clear the filter and return to the full Table of Contents view
Apply a Stamp to a PDF Document
Label documents with standardized presets to indicate their current status or category.
Open a PDF document within the Minute Book
Select the Stamp icon in the Action Bar above the document
Choose one of the four preset stamp types from the dropdown menu: Pledged, Copy, Out for Signature, Cancelled
Click and drag the stamp to position it on the document
Use the corner handles to resize the stamp or the rotation handle to adjust the angle
Navigate to a different page in a multi-page PDF to move the stamp to that specific page if required
Return to the Table of Contents to see the stamp indicator reflected in the overview
Important: Only one stamp can be applied per PDF document.
Manage Stamped Documents and Pages
Maintain the Minute Book by downloading stamped records or replacing specific pages.
Download Stamped Documents: Select the Download icon on a document or export the entire Minute Book to generate a PDF with the stamps permanently applied to the pages
Replace Pages: Select the Pages tab within a multi-page PDF and use the Replace button to upload a new version of a specific page (such as a signed signature page) from a local drive
Rotate Pages: Use the Rotate icons within the Pages view to adjust the orientation of individual pages and select Save
