What We’ve Fixed

Improved Read-Only user experience:
We’ve addressed an issue where some clients had users with read-only access encounter an error message “Unable to save changes: Invalid Data” in the Entity Details section. Now, these users can smoothly navigate without encountering irrelevant error messages, ensuring a smooth and frustration-free experience.

Streamlined Document Handling: We’ve fixed a situation where multiple copies of the same documents were sent to the Minute Book after filing BC incorporations. With this update only one instance of returning documents are posted upon filing completion, reducing clutter and ensuring clarity.

Improved Address Management:For some clients, deleting an address without any associations would not remove it from the system. Now, addresses in question are successfully removed when deleted, ensuring accuracy.

Enhanced Document Viewing: We’ve addressed an issue where documents over 100 pages displayed only the first and last pages in the viewer, appearing blank in between. Now, large documents render flawlessly in the PDF viewer, ensuring comprehensive document access and review.
- Data Precision in Custom Reports: The issue where inactive affiliations are mistakenly included in custom reports has been resolved. Only active people affiliations are pulled into Data Columns, ensuring the reports are precise and relevant to our clients' needs.
New Functionality
- We’ve upgraded minutebook stamps: With this release, downloading the complete minute book in zip format will now also include stamped documents from Athennian. Each document will retain its stamps when downloaded as part of a zip folder, ensuring consistency and authenticity in your records.
