Hidden Holding Contact We’ve hidden the holding contact in the Participants section to help alleviate some of the repetition of roles our clients were noticing. This helps streamline your view and decreases the amount of information you need to scroll through when navigating this section.
Renamed the Affiliation Role type "Controller" to "Ultimate Beneficial Owner” As an official term, ultimate beneficial owner is a better representation of this role in the Principals section. You’ll notice this update when adding or managing principals, and you’ll still have all the details previously available, just an updated title.
