The following updates will be rolled out to customers in multiple phases, starting on April 24. If you're not seeing these updates in your environment by then, they will be available to you in the near future. If you have any questions, feel free to contact your CSM.
We’re updating the Templates section to enhance navigation and ensure consistency with the rest of the platform. The refreshed layout improves the experience across all three tabs—Custom Templates, Standard Templates and Packages, making it easier to find and manage the templates you use most.
This will be the new default view; however, a ‘New Experience’ toggle will be available for 30 days, giving you the option to switch back to the classic layout while you get comfortable with the changes.
Use the New Experience toggle located at the top right of the screen to compare before and after changes.

Table UI
- Table Shortcuts always show and no longer appear on hover.
- Pagination moved from the top of the table to the bottom.

Updated subtemplate icon from a symbol to a yellow Subtemplate tag.

NEW Templates using Subtemplates will show the Subtemplate name as a yellow tag. This is helpful when managing templates and removes the need to open a template’s settings to check if it uses a certain subtemplate(s).

- NEW For consistency and findability, the Actions button is placed to the very left and on the same row as the search bar. Disabled by default until a file is selected. The Actions button contains options: Edit, Export to Drive, Export to iManage and Delete.
- REMOVED Removed options: Edit Selected, Export to Drive, Export to iManage and Delete that were located in the top-left of the view header.
