How to create Template Packages (administrators only)

Note: This feature is limited to users with Administrator level permissions

In Athennian, we've introduced a new feature as an enhancement of the Bulk Document Generate feature in the Templates tab, called Packages where administrators can create packages, which are a group of templates that users can generate for a single entity all at the same time. 

Create template packages

  • Navigate to Templates > Go to Packages tab > Click on + New to open the New Template modal
    • Details - Apply settings:
      • Enter a Name
      • Select from the following dropdowns
        • Status 
        • Workflows
        • Entity type
        • Jurisdictions
      • Add a Description (optional)
    • Templates - Click on + Add Templates
      • Select the templates (up to 12) you're looking to apply by using the checkboxes
      • Click on Add
      • Review the selected templates (click on the x icon to delete if necessary) and click on Create
